A good store would definitely have it under Bach, with *maybe* an
additional copy under Hilary Hahn. (But in reality such dual placement

No. It is more interesting and useful to survey multiple recordings of
the same stuff under Bach. Hahn still can get her credit thanks to the
performer AR.

Yes. I believe this is the current practice, with a description buried
somewhere deep in the wiki.
3 - For rare discs that have multiple performers and multiple composers,
they can remain VA.
