[mb-style] Performs as AR

Good day all,

I was entering AR's this other day, and noticed that "perfoms as" in
both the server UI and related wiki pages is defined so that it's
specifically meant for links between individuals.

Even if I agree that this relationship is usually suitable mainly for
individuals, but I think there are some cases that merit this also in
case of bands.

The case that prompted me into writing this is Finnish group Sielun
Veljet
(<URL:http://musicbrainz.org/artist/89287e0a-9718-48d3-964b-d51c1a608b9e.html>).
They used different for different purposes. The one relationship I
entered (and then added an edit to remove it before deciding to ask
about it here :P) is between SV and L'Amourder: they are the same band,
but L'Amourder was "designed for export".

Another example is "Kullervo Kivi ja Gehenna-yhtye" which was their name
during one tour; during a single gig they performed using several names,
each performing different kind of music.

Of course, adding the artist information for each band does the trick,
but it requires more work to make the connection - in both entering the
data as well as in interpreting it.
