Thanks Lauri, I had already found the latter. What I meant is that we
(rightly) insist on the RFC phase and none of these pages mention it,
and that there is a rule about how the RFC and the RFV should be
formulated and this rule is not in the wiki. I could do it, of course,
but I think especially these wiki pages should be updated only
following the proper procedure! And I am not sure what this proper
procedure is exactly.
