I have the basic wiki entry for the AR written, it's just a first draft to
get the basic idea and structure of the AR untill specific wording is worked
out.

It's very rough and my first time adding a new page to the wiki.  Plus the
links that lead to it in other relevant pages haven't been added since the
whole AR is still in discussion.
