i changed:
"Not all translations and transliterations will be off the official CD
or the artist's official site.  The ReleaseStatus should be changed to
reflect if the transl(iter)ation is ''Official'' if from an official
source, or ''Alternate Release'' if fan or editor made.  Full
definitions of release status are available at the ReleaseAttribute

just to make sure people don't add new 'official' releases is an
official site has a transl(iter)ation of a tracklisting, but this is
not available to buy in any form.
