Another wiki page that needs editing is

which has lots of comments from people who would pretty much put anything
under a star performer.  Funny (and frustrating) to find a big discussion
clump that is completely contrary to the consensus here.  I can't see how
you rectify it with the new guideline except to just hack the whole thing
out.
