[mb-style] Re: RFC: DiscNumberStyle

Are Good Tag Implementations (i.e. not MP3's id3v1 or v2 but e.g. Ogg)
able to understand this form of tags? Well they could also be
translated by Picard when tagging.
(Discogs is already doing that but they don't have the tagging problem.)
