Silly people who order works on CDs!

I think it makes the most sense to order the works in the order of the
appearance on the medium (like we would for two different work types
on 1 disc).  If they aren't in sequential order (1, 2, 3, 4) there's
probably a reason (maybe not) but let's not worry about it :)
