[mb-style] RFC: close the (very old) UnresolvedStyleIssue about DateOfBirthStyle

Long long ago (before 2005-07-23), in a far far away galaxy (before
the wiki migration), there was some discussion about
http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/DateOfBirthStyle

I'm not too sure, but to me it seems that the common practice nowadays
is to just duplicate birth (and death) dates between perf and legal
names (am I wrong in assuming that?).

My suggestion would be (if this is actually what's happening in the
db) to make this debate history (so we can clarify the doc) and just
state that in the relevant pages (mainly LegalName and PerfName and
ArtistStart/EndDate)

I don't mean to reopen a super lenghty huge debate.
My point rather is pretty much: in face of an unresolved style issue
that has been lying there for eons and a (supposed!) de-facto
situation in the database, can we make the doc clearer for newbies and
state what we are currently doing?

So, what has been your experience with practices about that going on in the db?
