Both are currently sold. Since the recording was probably in 1959, I suppose
there may have existed other packagings.
How should I enter these? And BTW, when a release is issued with different
covers in different countries (which happens too), what should we do? The
uniform title system (was it was actually ever enforced?) would have the
advantage of giving an easy answer to all these questions.
