[mb-style] RFV: move "Exception" from StylePrinciple to ArtistIntent + clean up "Reasoning"

A 2-part RFV:

1. Move the Exception section from
<http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/StylePrinciple> to
<http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/ArtistIntent>. As this has already been
done on the wiki and there has been no objection, see this RFV as
confirmation that this is where the section belongs.

2. Change the Reasoning section from

There are enough cases of record companies mucking up track listings
or even artist names (see some of the Front Line Assembly releases
sometime), or creating new imaginary words for stylistic purposes that
it makes much more sense to fix these things. I think that we
generally value spelling and punctuation correctness over cover
accuracy.
