If the releases are identical, the tracks (and thus the PUIDs) will be
identical.  Which identical release you tag the PUIDs (and DiscIDs, in
fact) to doesn't matter because they all should end up with them
eventually anyway.

The only real issue is people getting overzealous with the duplicate
PUID report and trimming valid data, which is a different issue, for a
different discussion entirely.
