[mb-style] [CSG] Ballet title style

Hi,

I hope I'm not opening a can of worms here but I wasn't able to figure 
it out by going through the current wiki docs.

Some example titles:

The Nutcracker, Act I, Scene 1, No. 1: Scène: L'arbre de Noël
The Nutcracker, Act I, Scene 1, No. 2: Marche
The Nutcracker, Act II, No. 12a: Divertissement: Le chocolat (Danse 
espagnole)

According to http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/ClassicalTrackTitleStyle, taken 
from the examples at the top of the page, this would become something in 
the lines of:

The Nutcracker: Act I, Scene 1. "L'arbre de Noël"

Can anyone tell me where the parts like 'No. 1', the seconds 'Scene' in 
the first title and 'Divertissement' in the third title go in the new 
title? Best thing I can come up with would be:

The Nutcracker: Act I, Scene 1, No. 1. Scene: "L'arbre de Noël"
