no actual wording saying feat. ever ought to have been used in CSG.  It was
a single example, the Lark Ascending one, which had existed at least since
the wiki-changeover, and from what I could find, looked like it dated back
to the very initial proposal for CSG as an example without guideline
actually instructing anything relating to the example. - and that would
indeed put it long before ARs existed.  :)
