Yes, it sure has!  :)  Using VMWare's new "Fusion" tool, we can run  
the virtual machine.  Both VMWare Fusion and the image are linked  
here: http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/VirtualMusicBrainzServer

Let me know if you run into any trouble and I'll see if I can figure  
out how to help.  Many people were very helpful on IRC as well.
