[mb-style] Census of AdvancedRelationships

I've been able to generate a census of the 150 AdvancedRelationshipTypes
defined in the MusicBrainzDatabase, and the number of AdvancedRelationships
of each type.  I hope it might illuminate our discussions about, for
example, how ARs apply at Artist-Track and Artist-Release levels.

Interesting factoids:

There are 637 ARs for Artist-Release "wrote liner notes".  There are zero
(0) for Artist-Track "wrote liner notes", as of my 2008-01-18 snapshot. (If
anyone can point me to counter-examples, I'd love to hear it, because it
helps me check the accuracy of my census.)

There are 4746 ARs for Artist-Release "engineered by" there are  2797 ARs
for Artist-Track "engineered by".

The most numerous ARtype is album-url-30 "has Amazon ASIN", with 91,988
entries. 

I created this page under my user page as a way of publishing the
information without needing to work out where or how this information should
best be presented. I think it would be great for it to become a report, or
an entry on the statistics page.
