:) Ah. You could be right, there's just no examples with ampersand in
CSG. OTOH there's no examples with hyphen either ;-)

Eh... "Presto" is a part of Variation XII if I didn't get your
example wrong. I was trying to see if it became clearer if I restated
"Variation XII". But it didn't.

Going back to ampersand, could you define a clear rule of when to use
it? I'd use:
1) Same track, different mvts: I. Allegro / II. Andante
2) Same mvt, different tempi: III. Presto - Andante
3) Same mvt, different sections: IV. Adagio - Allegro - Coda
4) Variations: V. Tema. Andante - Variation I. Andantino - Varation II. Allegro
Where would you use "&"?
