[mb-style] [Clean up CSG] Classical and Release Language

A private email I received spurred me to take a look and see just in
an effort to show exactly how we're making our work redundantly more
difficult by not standardizing classical listing language, I took a
break from list-making, and gave myself a hard limit of 30 minutes,
and went to see how many other-than-language dupes I could find in
classical.  (There's a lot of non-different language classical merge
edits pending now too :P)...
Note too, almost none of these are done correctly per CSG...  Some are
barely recognizable as that particular language.

Results?  36 releases listings for 16 releases (plus 15 listings for 7
releases for the box set problem).  *30* minutes of looking.  How many
extra hours to clean up and AR all those additional 20 (+the
non-overlaps from the box set issue...)?
