Yeah, I haven't looked at the http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/Cards/TrackNavigation links yet; nor finished with the http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/Cards/ReleaseNavigation ones yet! I've fixed the Track one now though; although there are likely many others.

Yup. The convention is just to add "Discussion" to the end of the page's WikiName and move the content there. There are links at the top right of the Navigation cards/headers (Discuss|Edit|Help) which have links to the default name discussion page.
I believe the idea is to move discussion off the CategoryTerminology and CategoryStyle pages; while it may stay on-page for proposals and works-in-progress that aren't part of the more "official" documentation.
I believe http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/DocumentationIndex is the basis of where murdos and dmppanda were working, and that eventually we'd like all the direct links from there to be tidy and nice, with the corresponding "Card" indexes for their main category (Artist | Release | Label | Track | EditType | Annotation | AR | FAQ | Style | Communication etc etc]. It seems like a pretty good place to start with getting all those direct 1-deep links from there working and looking tidy.
Most of the terminology pages have at least some content and just need tidying, carding and InterTwingling with Style. The EditTypes ( http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/EditType ) still have some major holes from way back and I don't think they have a nice looking navigation card/header/template yet. Additionally, the EditType templates have some incorrect information with respect to the DataQuality changes back a bit which need checking.
I'm kinda keen to finish off the terminology stuff (being relatively easy) then move onto EditTypes, then FAQs and HowTos. I'll leave the Style ones up to Jim ;-)
