A thought has occurred concerning the following edit:

Would the ability to tag a particular ReleaseEvent as  Promo / Bootleg
/ Whatever... be useful in these situations?

Also under the circumstances that an official release got a widespread
bootleg distribution in a particular country where the record company
had no distribution company and the laws were slack (I'm naming no
particular countries here)?
