I don't know about the datafeed, but it seems like the tagger could just 
concatenate the two work titles and put a slash between them, and perhaps 
eliminate any information which is doubled. So (perhaps not the most 
likely example) if the first two movements of K. 37 were on the same 
track, we would have

Concerto for Piano No. 1 in F major, K. 37: I. Allegro /
Concerto for Piano No. 1 in F major, K. 37: II. Andante

which would be shortened to:

Concerto for Piano No. 1 in F major, K. 37: I. Allegro / II. Andante
