I think we should disable PUID submissions to the WorkLists and keep  
the PUIDs associated only with recordings (tracks on releases).  As  
Brian mentioned, it makes sense to move composition/cover/etc ARs to  
the WorkLists while leaving production/recording/performance ARs on  
the recordings.

I also mentioned to Brian last night that it would be excellent if we  
could tag files against the WorkLists.  People who don't collect  
albums can tag their random files against the WorkLists and have clean  
Artist/Title tags.  If one of these people scan their files and  
generate PUIDs, assuming that the PUIDs are associated with tracks and  
the tracks are linked via "X is a recording of Y" AR to the WorkLists,  
they can grab WorkLists rather than the track titles (an option in  
Picard would be needed to choose WorkLists or Track Titles).

As mentioned tagging against the WorkLists would give classical  
editors who want full titles a way to do this with consistency.
