So long as there ends up some kind of list that can be one end of an
AR, I will go out on a limb and pretend I can speak for everyone by
saying the precise how and what are best determined:

a) What you feel like adding
b) What you feel like maintaining

However you see best to add them, is probably the most sensible way
anyway.  Essentially it would be more useful if creating the lists is
work that doesn't need to be done over again when NGS is nearer,
either by you or by people maintaining lists, and you obviously have
the clearest idea of how to achieve that.
