Was: Proposal: Add pre-NGS works lists, change the intent of CSG,
modify the "version of " AR into an 'instance of' AR, and change the
suggested target point for the "cover of", "parody of", "version of",
and composition-related ARs.

Revised: Proposal: Change the intent of CSG, modify the "version of "
AR into an 'instance of' AR, and change the
suggested target point for the "cover of", "parody of", "version of",
and composition-related ARs.

Actually, adding the work lists still is still desired, just not the
way I had described. I just don't think it needs a proposal now, if
it's actually on the quick-list for implementation anyhow. If anyone
thinks it does, though, I'm sure we could quick-RFV just that part, as
luks describes implementing it, to get it officially passed asap.
This RFC then takes care of the basic AR and CSG stuff to make any
work list then useful, and solving the majority of difficulties for
the two views on classical titles.
