The only concern I would have is organizing the lists to keep them 
managable.  If we can make your wiki idea workable (where we could have 
one page per language, say), then that's fine.

Here's an idea.  To see if we can really make this work, perhaps 
someone could batch a modest work list into a NAT list on the test 
server and let folks bang at it.
