[mb-style] CSGStandard: Ready for prime time?

As a voting editor, I just have to know: is the CSGStandard initiative ready
to be used for edits? I didn't think there's much consensus on it, I didn't
see any RFVs, and the RFC I saw was hardly conclusive. I thought it was
still just an idea, albeit one with merit.
