[mb-style] RFC: Change BoxSetNameStyle

So far, the only two options I've heard that make any degree sense to me
are:
a) whatever is entered first is fine (boxed or unboxed) -- a form of
EditorIntent
b) earliest release takes precedence (my suggestion; so far only I seem
to like it)
The options I've heard, but so far disagree with are:
c) always promote towards the bigger set
d) always promote towards the smallest set (possibly a singleton)
e) duplicate the release to allow both to exist without contention
Am I missing any?
