+1 for this proposal and I like Brian enhancement. Maybe a couple more
examples than what we have already, and this will probably be good.

Lauri, I see this (and apparently others as well see it that way) more
as fixing the documentation consistency rather than changing the
guideline/practice in any way.

Hence, I suggest you keep this lightweight: save the RFV step that we
obviously don't need here, and just edit the wiki page in a couple of
days if no major issues comes to light in the meantime.
