[mb-style] RFC: Modify AdvancedRelationships page in wiki

This is sorely needed in order to point editors to - thanks Brian for 
bringing it back up again.

There are still AutoEditors (and other experienced editors) editing in 
opposition to that earlier discussion due to the lack of formalisation 
in the guidelines.
