[mb-style] RFC6-52a: Single From Release Relationship Type

As far as I'm aware, the idea was that this would be added now and 
migrated to release groups in NGS. Are you proposing that we shouldn't 
add it until NGS?

Since releases don't have types in NGS and it end up being a release 
group relationship anyway, it should talk about release group types 
rather than release types.

Since it never got an answer, I'll quote what I said in previous thread:
