[mb-style] The two "Project" RFCs

The two "Project" RFCs are RFC-87 Add 'is a project of' AR and RFC-6 Artist
Type Project ( http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/Proposal:Artist_Type_Project ).

These were two of the proposals which were "in need of a champion" back at
the beginning of 2010.  When most of the other proposals were closed as
abandoned, on March 24, 2010, there were a few still left open, just in case
they did end up adopted.  Of those few, only these two still haven't been
adopted by anyone, so they're still bit-rotting in the wiki as open but
abandoned old proposals.

So since 9 months have now passed since they should have been closed as
abandoned, and noone still has taken them on as champion, would it be safe
to close them as dead, or is there anyone interested working on them?
