Agreed; that's certainly one endgame in my estimation.

That seems clear enough, though I think we should change the verbiage a bit. This should definitely cover the "So-and-so's Greatest Hits" type releases though, which would certainly be a good thing. I think the gray areas would be fewer, and the concerto examples would seem to still fall under VA (which was my main contention initially with this change).
