[mb-style] RFC: Allow releases to appear in multiple release groups

Well, I like the idea but
http://musicbrainz.org/doc/Release,
http://musicbrainz.org/doc/Release_Group and
http://musicbrainz.org/doc/Style/Release_Group all need to be updated.
