When I find this issue with Spanish + English titles, I tend to follow
the rules for the language of which the grammar is used. Regalia *is*
on Merriam-Webster as an English word (taken from Latin, of course)...
but anyway, I'd say that the grammar here is Latin and Latin style
would fit better.
