[mb-style] pre-RFC: CSG for works, part II: Subtitles & instrumentation

Instrumentation is often expressed as a subtitle in the score, so these  
issues are somewhat overlapping.
The question is, should subtitles always be in the annotation?

This is what it looks like with subtitles joined to the title (some  
generic works):

(alias: Piano sonata No. 29, Op. 106)

If you need to add instrumentation for disambiguation purposes, use the  
comment field.

Ideally we should have fields so we could search for instruments. Or maybe  
"advanced properties". This would mean removing redundant info from  
generic works:
Sonate, op. 106
  Instrument: Fortepiano
Quartett in G, K. 80/73f
  Instruments: 2 violins, viola, cello (OR string quartet?)
