[mb-style] RFC STYLE-97: Move "medley" to an attribute of "performance of"

updating if the separate recording-work relationship goes away.

Currently the displayed phrase is "{partial} {live} {instrumental} 
{cover} performance of", where would medley go in here?

This will require one of the devs to write a conversion script, so it 
may take some time to be implemented. An alternative would be to add the 
attributes to the existing medley relationship.

At one point there was a discussion about whether "partial" should be 
used or not which may be something people here want to consider.
