Moderation improvements (and general feedback)

One nice feature would be the ability to flag a proposed moderation for
situations like this one in which the proposed moderation is an
improvement but contains some minor error (an extra space, "This And
That", etc.). Each moderator could build a list of moderations they
approve but to revisit in the future. The list would be available at
login time as "My Reminders" or some such.

This would complement a feature that someone else mentioned recently (I
think) in which we could subscribe to an artist and be notified when new
information is added (albums, tracks, etc.).

That would be a handy feature.
