[mb-users] "and" vs. "&"

ATB is an artist, as is Faithless. At some point an ATB track and a
Faithless track have been mixed by a third party.
Most of the time the Artist is then called "ATB vs. Faithless", and the
track is a conglomeration of the two original tracks titles (e.g. "smells
like teen booty" is a mix of Nirvana and Destiny's Child).
I have a track, "Daft Punk vs. Prince - Kiss Tha Funk", which is a mix of
"The Funk" by Daft Punk, and "Kiss" by Prince. The mixer is unknown. Tracks
like this are commonly released on white labels, and sometimes have no
listed artist.
Another example is "Skee-Lo vs. Eye of The Tiger - I Wish (Soulwax Bootleg
Mix)". Using one reading of the current style guidelines this should be
"Soulwax - Skee-Lo vs. Eye of The Tiger", and we lose the track's true
title.
The problem is that there are two fields (artist and title), but up to four
bits of data (original artist 1 and 2, mixer, track title) being squeezed in
to them.
Another use of the "vs." is in battle competitions, for example the track
"DJ Rob Swift vs. Rahzel - Battle". The track itself has no title, and as
I've said before about colaborations, neither artist can be primary in this
case.
