[mb-users] hidden tracks in the pregap of the first track

How should hidden tracks that are hidden in the first track pregap be
handled? These are tracks that you have to play by rewinding your CD
player so it goes before the start of the first track.
These tracks don't show up when you request the CDs table of contents,
but you can rip them with ExactAudioCopy by specifying a range to rip.
