Yes it does, I use it myself to enter CDIDs and TRMs. I experimented with the 
various Wine versions (Transgaming's, CrossOver Office, and the base Wine 
package in Debian) and was only able to get it to run with CrossOver, however 
there were enough niggling annoyances (for example, the columns couldn't be 
resized) that I went back to VMWare.
