[mb-users] Broken CDIDs for a copy protected "CD"

Here's a FreeDB cd with a very odd CDID.

The CD is copy protected (I've got the same version at home), and
that's produced the odd CDID.  I guess someone has tried playing it
as a normal audio cd in their PC (which I think won't work).

I obtained a correct CDID and ripped my copy using CloneCD, which
unfortunately has now been withdrawn from sale :(

I'm not sure if we want to include the broken CDID - do we want to
get into trying to work around intentionally broken CD-like media?? 
The weird CDID could at least point to a correct track listing, but
we certainly don't want to use it for track timing data!
