The date is stored both in the annotation, and the moderation which
created it. It's equally simple to query either way, except that if you
query it via moderations, then of course we already have mod search
pages - most of the work is done.
(Having said that there is currently a bug which causes album
annotations to not show up when you "view album mods". I think I've got
a fix for that, but I need to test it).
Assuming that the aforementioned fix works, is the current method (via
moderation search) acceptable?
