Yes, language and script (for titles) are attributes of album, and that's the 
best place for them.

I was referring to the proposals for *additional* language attributes, for the 
language of the lyrics/performance, apart from the titles, and it makes the 
most sense to do those at the track level.

For example, on album might have titles in Chinese/Han (simplified) - but the 
actual songs might be performed in "Cantonese" or "Mandarin" (note that those 
languages do not have ISO codes, yet, and that's *another* reason why the 
current album-based scheme is restricted to titles, and does not attempt to 
cover lyrics).

Realistically, I don't expect track-level attributes to happen any time soon 
(definitely not this year).  But I suspect they will happen eventually.
