Hmm, I think we do not need to create rules (yet) how the forums should be
used. We should give them a chance, ie set them up, link them prominently
(important!) from the server and see what happens. My gut feeling is, that
mb-users, and possibly mb-style might be retired, even. The formal decision
process could possibly be handled in moderated forums, maybe even with the
help of the "polls" feature, which is usually available in bulletin boards.

The other, purposed mailing lists will still serve their purpose, and people
who want do communicate to a certain group of users (ie developers,
automods, etc.) will still use the mailing lists. The most important issue
to take care of is, how the subscription process to certain forums works
(ie. e-mail notification); preferrably, users wouldn't not e the difference
how the mailing list worked, and how the forums send notifications (for the
forums a user is interested in.)

Ideally, we would setup an install that uses the moderator names and
passwords directly from the server, else we'll certainly have to do it after
the trial phase. It would be most convenient to have those direct links
between editors and forum users.
