[mb-users] Picard & PUID mysteries

If picard has already analysed them (eg, autoanalyze all files) you
can't manually reanalyze. As far as I know, there is no way to reset
puid status in picard (should there be?), other than to delete the
cluster and re-add the album/files to the new files.
