This is the first time you have mentioned this is a problem for you.

Why didn't you ask on the mailing lists, if somebody with static IP's could 
help you?

At the beginning of the year I had a spare machine which would have been 
suitable and you could have had use of. Unfortuately, that hardware has now 
been donated to a family member.
