No offense to MB, but I think external references (book titles, records,
CDs) would be more informative than looking at how people have entered
data here (which is likely based on mere personal preference).

Ideally, MB matches some professional standard elsewhere, like that used
by librarians.  (Indeed, a good library database would be an easy source
to investigate.)

I've cited one physical CD that actually pertains to the specific example
of 'Round Midnight - surely some of you out there own others.

(The other CD I can think of in my collection is Sonic Youth, Daydream
Nation - it is done in "capitalize everything" mode including "'Cross The
Breeze")
