I've never seen it not capitalized "'Round Midnight", either as an album
title or as a song -- probably among the ten most recorded jazz songs
ever. The general rule is you always capitalize the first letter of a
title. Haven't checked the guidelines lately, but that's what it said
when I wrote the first draft.
