without want to state the obvious, but in this case the "first letter"
has been replaced with an apostrophe, so the question is whether or
not a letter following an apostrophe is considered the "first letter"
(for capitlization) or not, and i don't think the answer to that is
immediately obvious.
and i wouldn't really take what artists/releases have used into
consideration, as their inconsistancies are why we have capitlizations
standards in the first place :)
