[mb-users] ArtistComment for existing Artists?

I can not find a way to add an ArtistComment to an existing artist. 
http://musicbrainz.org/doc/ArtistComment states that this should be 
possible on the EditArtistPage of the artist, but I don't see a Comment 
field.

To see what I mean compare 
http://musicbrainz.org/edit/artist/edit.html?artistid=170930 (previously 
existing artist "Now") with 
http://musicbrainz.org/edit/artist/edit.html?artistid=385994 (new artist 
"NOW"). Only the second one has the Comment field.
